The Major Oak is a bottle conditioned oak aged bourbon stout, named
after a famous tree in Sherwood, Nottingham, where I am originally from. This beer combines dark, rich maltiness, wood oak aroma, and a sweet bourbon finish and the label design contains an illustration of an oak tree that incorporates my Lunam Ignis Brew logo in to it. The green colour in the background was chosen to reflect the Sherwood Forest,and the overall darker, more sullen tones are to reflect the dark, and rich body of the beer.
